Winter squash was harvested in Sept/Oct and is now pretty much history but lasted well into Feb. Spring mix (baby lettuce and other baby greens) that has had proper post harvest handling will last 4 weeks in the fridgeLeeks last about 6 to 7 weeks in the fridgeBasil lasts around 5 to 7 days Beets, carrots, turnips, rutabagas, etc., last several months as long as the tops are removed.
